Youth Work

Youth Work

Since forming a charitable trust CG specifically supports the arts through the provision of a number of live events and young people through its partnership work with ASBOC. That partnership work chiefly consists of open drop in sessions, targeted support in a range of areas such as sexual health, wellbeing, citizenship and more, and the impending opening of a food bank.

When the trust has funds in excess of that required to operate these services it acts as a grant making trust bestowing funds on application to charitable bodies on a case by case basis as deemed appropriate by the board of Trustees.

We have recently received £1500 to help get the food parcel scheme up and running from the Burry Charitable Trust, this scheme supplies food to the needy within the community. We cannot thank them enough.

We also work with young people in many other areas and hope to promote the music and arts of the young people at this years Freshfields Saturday August 17th.

We also work with young people in the community to help raise money for other charities. This year we raised over £1000 for Clic Sargent.youthwork
